What is UnifyOS?
UnifyOS is our proprietary operating system designed specifically for edge AI computing. It provides a complete platform for managing your AI workloads, data storage, and computing resources, all in a unified interface. UnifyOS comes pre-installed on all our hardware products.
What is the difference between Edge AI Pro and AI NAS?
Edge AI Pro is our high-performance edge computing platform designed for running advanced AI workloads and inference tasks. It features powerful GPUs and is optimized for real-time AI processing. AI NAS is our network-attached storage solution with built-in AI acceleration, designed for intelligent data management, backup, and edge AI deployment in smaller environments.
Can I customize the hardware configuration?
Yes, we offer custom configuration options for all our products. You can choose different GPU models, storage capacities, memory configurations, and other options to meet your specific requirements. Please contact our sales team for more information about custom configurations.
Do your products support multiple operating systems?
Our products come pre-installed with UnifyOS for the best performance and user experience. However, our hardware is also compatible with standard Linux distributions and Windows Server operating systems if you prefer to use your own software stack.
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal for international orders. For large volume purchases, we can also offer payment terms for qualified customers.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing discounts for bulk orders. The discount amount depends on the quantity and specific products ordered. Please contact our sales team for a customized quote for volume purchases.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has not yet entered production, you may still be able to cancel for a 10% administrative fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
Shipping and Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of countries under international sanctions or embargoes. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our sales team for confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. International delivery takes 7-14 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express shipping. Custom configurations may have longer lead times, which will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for information about applicable fees before placing your order.
Warranty and Support
What is your warranty policy?
All our hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Software products come with a 90-day warranty. We also offer extended warranty options of up to 3 years for most products. Please see our Warranty Policy for complete details.
What kind of support do you provide?
We provide free technical support via email for all products during the warranty period. Our support team can help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues. We also offer premium support plans that include phone support, remote assistance, and priority response times for enterprise customers.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products in new and unused condition. Software products that have been activated or downloaded are not eligible for return. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
