Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty
UnifyTech warrants that all hardware products sold by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Software products are warranted to substantially conform to their published specifications for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Proof of purchase in the form of a dated sales receipt is required to obtain warranty service.
2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, UnifyTech will, at its option, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers parts and labor costs for authorized repairs.
Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished, provided they are at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part. Replaced products or parts become the property of UnifyTech.
3. What is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair attempts
- Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or use with incompatible equipment
- Damage caused by exposure to water, moisture, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions outside product specifications
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, and degradation of consumable parts (fans, batteries, etc.)
- Software issues, including but not limited to operating system problems, third-party software conflicts, or data loss
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers or warranty labels
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer support team at warranty@unifytech.com with the following information:
- Your full name, contact information, and shipping address
- Proof of purchase (dated sales receipt or order confirmation)
- Product model number and serial number
- Detailed description of the problem you are experiencing
- Photos or videos demonstrating the issue, if applicable
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product for service, if necessary. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to our service center. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.
5. Extended Warranty
Extended warranty coverage of up to 3 years is available for purchase for most hardware products. Extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the original product purchase date. Please contact our sales team for more information about extended warranty options.
6. Technical Support
We provide free technical support for all products during the warranty period. Our technical support team is available to help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues. Support is available via email at support@unifytech.com or by phone during business hours.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY, UNIFYTECH MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIFYTECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
