Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Software products that have been downloaded, activated, or registered
- Custom-built or configured products made to your specifications
- Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or disassembled
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors
- Gift cards and digital download products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@unifytech.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number, product information, and reason for return in your request.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Package the product securely with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Please do not return products to our address without first obtaining an RMA number.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the defective product in your email. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product.
Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product, we will, at your option, send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for a different model or configuration, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
Custom-built orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
7. International Returns
International returns are subject to the same terms outlined above. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for international returns, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Please note that customs processing for returns may take additional time, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
