Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping methods for international orders:
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days. Free for orders over $5000. $150 flat rate for orders under $5000.
- Express International Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days. $300 flat rate for all orders.
- Freight Shipping (for large orders): Custom quote provided based on order size and destination. Delivery within 10-20 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to countries under international sanctions or embargoes.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please first check the tracking information for updates. If there are no updates, or if the tracking information indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at support@unifytech.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we will do our best to intercept the package and update the address, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and the defective product in your email. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please keep all original packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may require them for a damage claim.
